Second floor office space is now available for lease and for occupancy as of Dec. 15 2010 .  The 9,000 s.f. of space can be subdivided into units of no less than 1,500 s.f. for the tenant that provides services to employees or companies located in and around the R+T Park.  Included in this space is a premium lobby, offices located around the interior perimeter and large windows that bring natural light throughout the space.
